Rev Owusu Bempah is a false prophet - Preacher Dan Asiamah

Part of the reasons why I came to the United States on my way home was the U.S elections. I wanted to witness this unprecedented elections
because either way, whether a Clinton or a Trump win was going to be historic. And indeed, today we have actually seen that. Donald Trump, an outsider, a non-politician has won the elections. Its now the turn of Ghana, our motherland. All of
us must learn some lessons from the U.S elections in order to maintain the peace that God has blessed us with. Here are some few things to take note of:

* The two campaigns were so bitter and acrimonious yet the two candidates have now embraced each other for the love of their country. In Ghana patriotism is a scarcity.

* Polls don't necessarily win elections. All the polls pointed to a Hillary Clinton win. Many people including myself did not think Trump
could win but here we are. Those of you who watched CNN could see the disbelief and the disappointment on faces of these seasoned journalists. They concluded Clinton only needed
to win one more State to win after they had given her 268 electoral votes prior to the elections. I hope both the NDC and the NPP are
listening.

* False Prophets exposed!
I have always maintained that there is not a single Prophet in our world today...Luke 16:16. I monitored Owusu Bempah on Metro TV with
Paul Adom Otchere the past week in which the former said God had revealed to him that Clinton was going to win. You can check the interview out on Youtube. Also, TB Joshua told his church members last week that God had revealed to him that Clinton was going to win. It is also on Youtube. Probably, they caused the woes of Hillary as if God is saying, they are liars. I have not spoken to them. They only take the people for granted because most of us don't care about Bible studies.
These opportunistic self styled "prophets" can cause problems after elections. I was also of the opinion that Clinton would win but I never
entertained the idea that I was a prophet and that God revealed it to me. Destinies of nations lie in the hands of Jehovah God. We must therefore be careful when it comes to elections. These kind of "prophesies" breed unnecessary complacency and when they don't come to pass, out of disbelief can bring about civil unrest. When they come to pass all of us must understand that its a sheer coincidence. These so called prophets are nothing but charlatans.
Let me stop here and leave the rest for our programs on Adom TV. Come to think of it, Hillary Clinton won the popular votes, which means more people voted for her than Trump
and yet by the U.S. electoral rules Donald Trump rather won the Presidency by securing more than
the needed 270 electoral votes.
As christians we must always remember that no matter who is elected Head of State God is still
the King. Once you have a cordial relationship with the Lord any other thing, including outcome of elections become vanity and grasping for the
wind. Paul said in I Corinthians 15:19 that, " If only in this life do we have hope in Christ, then of all the people we are the most pitiable". May the Lord bless us all as we prepare for
election 2016 in Ghana.
